We have our own design. Can you customize a bag for us?
Yes, of course. We have our standard bags which are quite popular but we can
custom make any size or design you can dream up. Simple design changes to
our standard bag design, like longer or shorter handles for instance, can be
accommodated with a MOQ of 2,000 bags. Some of our customers want more
customization. Typical custom design features could include following a particular
Pantone code for the bag color, a change in the type of material used, larger
or smaller dimensions, the addition of zippers,velcro,extra pockets or a second
set of handles etc. Please inquire to see if we can accommodate your custom-made
request.

Can you help me to create my logo or printed slogan?
We prefer that our customers provide us with their own original artwork. However,
we have from time to time completed the logo artwork for our customers.
PLEASE NOTE: We charge $15 per hour for our graphic designers to do the work for you.

Can I print full color on the bag?
Yes.You can.

Can I rely on the accuracy of screen colors when ordering my bags?
Computer monitors vary in the way they display color, and as such we recommend
you refer to the Pantone code for more accurate color reference.

Can I have some samples?
Yes.please feel free to contact us for our samples

What is the lead-time for my order?
All our stock products can be delivered to you in the next business day.(please
check the stock availability before ordering ) and the stand turnaround time for
custom-made bags are 4 weeks.
